98年，John Digweed的一首“Blew my mind!”让Jerry买下他的第一套打碟设备开始了DJ生涯。2002年他前往日本旅行，在那里他迷上了唱盘技法，并开始了疯狂的黑胶碟收藏，这在本地DJ中也实属少见。加入BonBon之后，Jerry得到了与众多大牌DJ同台演出的机会，无论是Paul Oakenfold还是James Talk、Hoxton Whores……他们的现场演绎启发Jerry的音乐风格也更趋于多变和震撼。毫无疑问，他将是未来上海舞曲景致中无可厚非的先锋人物。

Jerry has been Djing since 98 when, inspired by John Digweed set that “ Blow my mind”, he started buying up his own equipment. In 2002 he toured through Japan and it was there that he perfected is turntable skills….and started building a massive vinyl collection, something of a rarity amongst local DJ’s
With Influences like D Formation and Marco Schultz it’s no wonder Jerry’s set are infused with hypnotic tribal rhythms and build with progressive intensity. This DJ is definitely Shanghai’s future heros. |
